Top 3 Restaurants in Eagan, MN
Hello everyone! If you live in Minnesota or if you are planning to visit MN any time soon, you should consider going to the city of Eagan and trying out these restaurants. These three restaurants: Doolittle Woodfire Grill, Bay Leaf, and Teresa’s will provide American, Indian, and Mexican delicious cuisine and bring the excellent taste of each country at a reasonable price and in a beautiful environment.
1. Doolittle Woodfire Grill (American)
Doolittle’s is a great American restaurant located in Cliff Road with friendly staff and awesome food. I took my boyfriend for lunch on his birthday and everything work out well to be a surprise. We had “Chicken Wild Rice Soup” as starters and “Rib-eye Steak” (steak served with green beans and baby red potatoes) as the main dish. I made a reservation 4 days in advance and they allowed me to bring a cake. On the reserved date, I got there before my boyfriend so the host got the cake and prepared it for the waitress to bring to our table right after lunch. We sang happy birthday to him and he was so happy that even other customers around us were singing and wishing him. This is my top 1 restaurant due to an amazing experience.

2. Bay Leaf
Bay Leaf is an Indian restaurant located in Town Centre Dr with amazing food that tastes homemade (no matter what you choose from the menu). That’s what I love the most about them, eating outside but still feeling at home. During lunchtime between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, you will have a variety of food options for the buffet. During dinner time, after 5:00 pm, you will be able to order anything from the menu. My favorite meal is the Szechuan Chicken Fried Rice. Some of the menu options I have tried include chicken and egg fried rice, chicken, goat, and lamb biryani, chicken tikka masala. I love to drink masala chai and mango lassi.

3. Teresa’s
Teresa’s is a Mexican restaurant located in Diffley road by the side of the math learning center, Mathnasium. My favorite dish is definitely the “Fajitas Mexicanas”, which is steak grilled with onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, and queso (cheese). Some of my other favorites include arroz con pollo (grilled chicken with rice, guacamole, cheese, and lettuce; as well as the Philly steak burrito. If you want to celebrate Cinco de Mayo today, Teresa’s is a great place to have fun with friends and family while eating delicious food.
